Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
This is a volunteer-led project. The program fee helps cover direct expenses such as snacks, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and aircraft build materials.
Program Fee:
We’re asking for contribution of $200 per builder for the full summer. To help cover expenses (but contribution not required). Contribute what you can! (June 2nd – August 8th)

PARENT CONSENT: By electronically signing this agreement- I give permission for my child to particiapte in the Flight Club 502 Carbon Cub Aircraft Build Project. I Understand this program involves participation in Supervised, hands-on educational build environement, involving tools, aircraft parts, and team collaboration. I agree that Flight Club 502, its officers, employees, and volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained sustained by my child during participation. I waive claims and assume full responsibility for any risk or injury or loss. In case of an emergency, I authorize Fllight Club 502 representative to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical care provided.
Behavior Expectations and Zero Tolerance Policy
Flight Club 502 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants, staff, and volunteers.
All participants are expected to: - Follow all safety rules and instructions at all times. - Treat fellow students, mentors, volunteers, and staff with respect. - Use tools and equipment responsibly and appropriately. - Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude during all sessions.
Zero Tolerance Policy: - Any behavior that endangers the safety, well-being, or learning environment of others — including but not limited to disrespect, bullying, physical altercations, theft, vandalism, or repeated refusal to follow safety instructions — will not be tolerated.
Important Notice: If a participant engages in behavior that violates these expectations, Flight Club 502 reserves the right to dismiss the student from the program immediately. -No refund will be provided if a student is dismissed for behavioral reasons. -Dismissal decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Flight Club 502 leadership to ensure the safety and integrity of the program. - By signing this application, both the participant and the parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to these behavior standards and consequences.
PHOTO CONSENT: Flight Club 502 requires permission to use your child’s photograph publicly to promote flight camps and flight club. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
