Volunteer Expectations


Volunteers are expected to:

-Treat youth participants and staff with respect
-Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate behavior
-Maintain a safe, inclusive environment

Liability Waiver and Medical Consent


By participating in this program, I: Acknowledge the risks associated with aircraft construction and volunteer activity. I Assume all responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage. I Release and hold harmless Flight Club 502, its staff, board, affiliates and other volunteers. I Understand that Flight Club 502 does not provide medical insurance Authorize emergency medical care at my expense if needed.

PHOTO CONSENT:  Flight Club 502 requires permission to use  your child’s photograph publicly to promote flight camps and flight club. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and  social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other  compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
